Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

You must send your product to us with its original packaging. Products sent broken are not refundable.

Order Changes and Cancellations
We offer the opportunity to cancel or make changes within 24 hours of your purchase. Discounted products are not subject to cancellation. After this period, your order will have been processed and prepared to be shipped, so changes or cancellations cannot be made after 24 hours.
Damaged/Missing Products
If your order contains damaged or missing items, please contact our support team and submit a Damaged/Missing Item Request. For fast service, send us an e-mail with "Damaged/Missing Product Request" in the subject line.
